Second Day.

So yesterday I decided to do the Kick Start, and was really good at it. I've been working out off and on for 5 years now. Dancing is one of my favorites by far. Since i knew the moves pretty well I decided I wanted to kick my butt really good. I did the full work out 45 minutes. Kick Start and then?

I started out with the Kick start program and it was so much fun. I am in the worst physical condition that I have ever been in because I have gotten really lazy when it comes to exercise. I have an 1 1/2 hour commute to work and back and by the time I get home, I'm just too tired. I really checked Core Rhythms out before I purchased it and am very happy with what I got. i am hoping i can get into it and stay out of the fridge.
you see, i love to eat food all times of the day and i know that is where i am going to fail.

4th week

Well, starting my 4th week. I still haven't done the full work out or I actually haven't tried it yet. It is hard to keep a schedule. I really prefer mornings and 20 to 30 minute workouts. A 45 minute workout is not quite there for me and I am still trying to really get comfortbale with the moves. Plus, morning workouts are great, no kids, no distractions! I did my first work out. I only made it throught the first two portions of the kick start video. I was already sore after the first part. But it was great! I am trying to figure out which part of my day to put this into. Any suggestions will help. I get up pretty early and I wake up even earlier. So I may try to put it in the morning hours.
